Sharing her dream, passion, and practice...
I’m a proud Marine Corps Veteran, wife, and mother of three wonderful children—plus two beloved fur babies. My journey with yoga began in 2015 as a birthday gift to myself, and it quickly became so much more than I ever expected. At the time, I had limited flexibility and balance, but I discovered one of yoga’s most powerful lessons: it meets you exactly where you are, every time you step on the mat.
Through consistent practice, yoga has taught me to embrace what serves me and let go of what doesn’t. That mindset has shaped not only my time on the mat, but also how I move through life.
In October 2022, I completed my yoga teacher training at Detox Yoga and became a certified instructor through Yoga Alliance. I’ve also received my Chair Yoga certification, further deepening my ability to support students of all levels and abilities.
Teaching yoga is a passion that continues to grow with every class I lead. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, my goal is to create a welcoming space where you can explore the benefits of this practice at your own pace. I remain a dedicated student of yoga myself, and I’m grateful for every opportunity to live its teachings—both on and off the mat—and share them with others.
